POWERPOINT

A presentation is a collection of slides, handouts, speaker’s notes, and outlines all in a file. You can add text, graphics, photo, clip art, and even sound and video to any slide. Power point can help you present a topic at work, home, or school. The Power point window has tool bars and panes to help you quickly create presentations. Most of the tool bars are common in Office applications but may feature options unique to Power point. The title bar displays the document name followed by a program name. The Menu bar contains a list of options to manage and customize documents. A standard toolbar contains shortcut buttons for the most popular commands. The Status bar displays slide position and the type of design in PowerPoint. The Task Plane allows you to select tasks in different categories and quickly enhance your slides in a few steps: provide quick access to the most common actions and features in PowerPoint.
